Effect: This technique is where the user uses shunpo, but rotates instead of movement forward. This can create a vortex if the user has enough speed
Drawbacks: The drawbacks are that unless user has good mastery of shunpo then this skill will be very weak. Once the user has mastered shunpo then there is not many effects other than if used for a very long period of time, user become dizzy.
